First and foremost we need to know what telephone system you have?
We only need to know the model and we will know what, if any limitations your system may have with regards to the services we offer.
Once system type is established we move onto scripts. We typically offer a 150, 300 or 500 word script. The size of script and amount of recordings dictates the price.
Once the size of script is established we ask for bullet points from you. (the main things you really want to shout about, product and service offering, accreditations, seasonal offerings, opening times etc…). We then draft a script for you and send it back for any final changes and then sign off.
Script writing typically takes 3 – 5 working days. Once script is signed off – you need to choose your music and voice options – once confirmed we move to recording – which again is typically 3 – 5 working days.
So timescales from receipt of your order to audio recordings being live on your telephone system is typically 5 – 10 working days.
ARE THERE ANY SYSTEMS WE CANT WORK WITH?
There may be one or two legacy systems dating back to the 80’s – but this is something (unlike our competition) we establish at the outset before we do anything else. It’s pretty safe to say that telephone systems built with in the last 25 years are compatible and ALL systems built in the last 10 years or so are compatible (but depending on the quality of the system – some will have enhanced features over others). However – you NEED a phone system for On Hold Marketing – be it a cloud based system or fixed PBX. You couldn’t have it if you worked from home or had a business in the high street which simply had one line and one handset.
